How do you take your dose of DXM? Usually i have just drank the Robo, but now i have a gag reflex when i smell it. So i started to mix it with a pint of OJ. I dont wanna have to do this every time, but it seems the only way. Any ideas?

Pour the contents into a cup..Plug your nose so you cant smell it
throughout the whole deal..works good for me..i hate the smell..just
make sure you brush your teeth and tongue before unplugging the nose

SWIM puts his dose in a capsule or 2 and swallows[IMG]

Seriously though, when I used to take robo gels he got the same way.
The sight of one of those pills could make him have a gag reflex.

I might have to switch to the gel's because as of right now the max dose i can get into the carton of OJ is ~500mg, what if i wanted 700 or so? I need to get the pure stuff.

i never have a problem with nausea, and probly have one of the stronger stomachs for it out there. take it from a guy thats used buckleys to trip on, not sayin it was easy because its harder than drinking alcohol on a hangover, but i managed to swallow down a 250ml bottle and not puke[IMG]i felt like it at times but surprisingly never puked.

anyway to answer ur question i have thought about mixing it with like a big sobe energy drink, just seemed like a good mix in my head although ive never tried it.

research the oral anasthetics that you can get off the shelf. i can't think of any names but i have taken them beforefor sore throats. there is actually a gellcalled numbsit i think that my dentist gave me for a toothache, and that's off the shelf. if u can get some litocane and put a few squirts in your mouth and gurgle that willnumb your mouth and throat. any way once your mouth and throat are numb youcan't taste the syrup half as much, and if you plug your nose while numb, that should help a lot. idrank 2 and a half bottles oncethis way and barely got nausea at all.

Good idea, i'll keep that in mind and see what i can find at work. Recently i found Robo Cough Liquid Gels, a beautiful thing. 28=420mg and that's a pretty good trip

followed it with like an ounce of milk and almost completly got rid of
    the after taste[IMG]

one thing i recently found is that green tea really helps not only with getting rid of the taste, but it can also help with that slight 30 second nausea that some het right after chuging the syrup. dunno if green tea will help others, but i hope it does, and that's cold green tea by the way.
