SWIM's friend is worried... swim says that it doesn't hurt and has been cleaning it. SWIM was wondering what it is? The actual circle part! I've done a little bit of research on it but haven't really found anything.

    Never seen anything like that.

Looks like a rash, severe allergic reaction, or fungal infection.

Did SWIY miss the shot in that location?

    Is it over a vein?

    Is it warm?

(If it's warm to the touch, or turning dark or black you should get to a hospital)

Doesn't look like a bleeder so you should survive. Looks a bit like ringworm or a similar fungal infection. Could easily be that if the needle wasn't sterile or the injection site wasn't thoroughly cleaned first.

SWIM knows that it's over a vein, other swimmers haft to hit it though. It's the same temperature as rest of body. It's not turning any different colors either. That's why SWIM is so curious as to know what's going on.

SWIM knows that it was 30 mg oramorph sr

Could be a fungal infection from dirty works, etc., or an allergic reaction to the shit in the pill (SWIM's assuming that's what a "oramorph sr" is). Of course, only a doctor can tell you that. If it doesn't start getting better quickly, or spreads, you should probably see one.

Looks like SWIM needs to invest in some sort of anti-fungal creme. It hasn't spread and normally "they" are much, much safer. Thanks for the information everyone! Probably is ring worm or something related.

SWIM's dog once had a similar blotch after IV'ing some oxycodone IR's...it did fade eventually but magnified appears the dog may have pulled out too fast while still pushing in and shoved some gear out and under surrounding skin. SWIM thinks its likely OK provided it only looks better each passing day and not worse. SWIM has also seen moist tobacco (like Redman) used on animals to heal minor skin issues and bruises. It has been used for bad bruises on cattle for over a hundred years...place enough moist tobacco (coarsely chopped type over area for several hours...repeat a few days and it will speed healing by a factor of 2-3x. At least it can help cosmetically so people aren't wondering where\how swiy got the blotch anyhow...cheers!
