SWIM's brother recently experienced a breakthrough in his meditation techniques.. meditating on ketamine was a thought that recently occurred to him, and he was wanting me to ask if anyone knows anything about the plus sides (if any) to meditating on Ketamine. I thought there might be, but then again it might prove as a distraction. Anyone know anything about this?

I find it very conducive to deep thinking. Tibetan monks for
example tried to achieve a state where they can achieve a separation of
mind and body by starving themselves.

SWIM also finds it to be conducive to relaxing and expansive thinkiing. SWIM always plays music (without lyrics usually) at a medium volume; loud enough to hear well but quiet enough not to distract too much. SWIM often gets good ideas in many areas (crafts, sewing, solving problems at work), and inspired by what she sees or thinks about during a trip. SWIM lies on her back with something over her eyes to block all light.

So, yes. Very much a meditative tool for some poeple.

SWIM loves to just close his eyes and experience the trip. I guess you can call it meditation. I find that ketamine makes it so easy to just clear your mind.

I like to listen to guided meditations or self hypnosis cds during a k trip. I think that can be pretty damn awesome.

Some of them seem rather less deep the next day though!
