I would like to grow a couple marijuana plants in my backyard, but i'm
worried that my neighbors will see them and call the cops or something.
Are there any marijuana plants that don't look like your typical run of
the mill marijuana plants? Maybe they look like some other plant or
something. A weird and stupid post I know.

i doubt it, maybe if u tried growing it with fast growing plant (a normal everyday garden plant) in the same pot, maybe it would hide it but something makes me think that if you did that one of the plants would kill the other. i doubt you could do something like that

Don't grow in your backyard, go somewhere else or go indoors. The only strain that I remember that I don't think looks like a normal pot plant is AK-47.Edited by: Djvr16

What SWIS does, is puts the marijuana plant in the middle of a bunch of
other, taller plants. That way, you still get to grow it, and it cant
easily be seen by pesky neighbors. As long as they dont come by to look
at your garden or whatever it is, then you will be fine.

Make sure you dont put those plants too close to the mary jane one.
Then it will suck the life out of it and reasult in a tiny, weak, and
poor quality plant. Space the plants approx 1 foot away from it. Make
sure they are tall and there are other plants around the others so it
doesnt look like a fuckin shrine or something. Happy growing!

I read somewhere that it is possible to graft hops plants to hemp roots..or something like that...and the hops will graft to the hemp and you can smoke the hops and get high because there is THC in the hops leaves.

Where did you read this? Hops by themselves will get one high. Never heard of grafting I am interested in reading more about this if you can post a link or something

Grafting Hops tops on killer-strain Marijuana.

Yes, boys and girls, this is a method that has been around for decades (based on an idea which has been around for centuries).

In the plant world, there are often good plants which have lousy roots. Some trees, for example, have flimsy trunks. So, what is a gardener to do?

There must be 100 websites which have info about plant-grafting (although I have not looked yet) ... maybe UC Davis would be good. But, here I go, this is the basic method for grafting:

For pot, it is the same. First grow 2 plants: A Hops plant, and a Pot plant. When they both get healthy, and both have a base-width of .3 inches (give or take), then you can graft them together.

Cut the pot plant off at about 3 inches high. Cut the Hops plant off at a place where it is the same thickness as the pot plant.

Then re-cut the Hops plant, into a "V" ... so that it looks pointed from the side. Then CAREFULLY re-cut the pot plant (if you mess-up, just re-re-cut it and try again); this time, groove the "V" so that the Hops "V" will fit into it.

Gently push the Hops "V" into the slot (Whew! You're almost done now). Place a brace (a piece of aPopsicle stick will do), so that it covers at least one inch Above (and one inch Below), the grafting. Gently wrap around the brace. It's done!

After a few days, pop off the brace. Grow your HOT Hops plant. Show it off to your neighbors: "Hey, I'm going to make a batch of beer when this guy grows up."

you could try a ruderalis strain, i believe these are often smaller
than idica or sativa strains so they might not look so suspicious

Tomatojuana ... Could I have another salad, please?

When I read about the Hops-grafting, the article said that many other plants were tried, but either would not grow at all, or grew, but without THC.

The way I remember it, Hops is close to Marijuana (in the same family, or something). This allows the Hopped-up Hops plant to absorb the THC from the roots, and store it inside its leaves.

So,Diphenhydramine, why don't you give it a try. Then, if it works, you can get high (and have a good source of Vitamin C in your diet).
