Okay, SWIM tends to get all bunged up and cold during the first hour, and heaters don't seem to help much. He decided to try drinking something hot, coffee was almost good, but just added to the jitters. Then yesterday he tried hot chocolate. It was great! Warming and tasty. Soothing, not stressing. It really warmed from the inside out. Just what was needed! He was amazed at the difference in how he felt. Just thought I'd offer that tip in case anyone else gets stressed during the first hour or so.
