I love Nuked-Asshole Brown Ale. I'm surprised the guys who stopped by your pub were familiar with it.

This is America! If it doesn't taste like piss we don't want it! (note sarcasm)

no its 5% its nothing overly far out, it just tastes so nice and the original style bottlesareoversized, so people drink it like water.

A few friends of mine drink this because they say it tastes a lot like Irish brown ale, Smithwick's but it has that extra 1% kick. I'm not really a fan of it myself.

I love it and consider it excellent. I prefer Sam Smiths nut brown to Newcastle but usually I homebrew my own and drink what I make.

What brown recipe do you use when homebewing to make it taste like newcastle?
