i've read about the seed companies poisoning the seeds so that people dont use them for consumption, is there a way to wash these seeds? soak in water? anything? any brand recommendation?

I would recommend You buys their seeds from an ethno vendor. I have heard mixed results from washing the seeds.

if you're getting your seeds from a local hardware store or something you should take the whole seeds, submerge them in 10 parts water 1 part dishwashing soap, and give them a good shake and wash. dry them completely and maybe give them a water only wash if you still smell soap on them. thats probably the best you can do for MG. I dont know of any brands for which you can use but look for heavenly blues from georgia.
