I was searching and found no info about cross-tolerance between Psilocye (cubensis, lets say) and Amanita Muscaria. Is there some? Or, in an hipotetical-experimental situation, one could be done shortly (+24h or + 48h) after the other and still get the best of each?.

What makes you wonder about this? Has you* experienced something that could be explained as tolerance? It seems strange to me to suspect cross tolerance for completely different substances.

Psilocybe mushrooms are so called serotonergic psychedelics, just like LSD and DMT. They work due to serotonine.
Amanitas work via other receptors, and so do not cause any cross-tolerance.
