swim was on mdma binge for two months straight. it started at 1x per day, following week 2x/day, the following next week 3x/day and so on. while swim was taking 5htp, proper diet/sleep and exercise. in the end, swim crashed hard  this is a serious warning to all the rollers who think it's okay to roll day to day (or weekly) basis! in the end you will crash hard and your body will hate you :s

swim was wondering if you could share your trip report. was any euphoria / "magic" lost towards the end of the binge? also how did swiy manage sleep while rolling, benzos? and 1 last thing, what aid did swiy use on the crash, if any, and how long of a crash from a 2 month roll did swiy have?
    Thanks!

^^oh yea swim was also curious as to if swiy had any Ecstasy (or other substance, considering what "E" is cut with now-a-days) withdrawls?

the 1st week of taking 1x 125~130mg mdma crystals daily was "fine", swim went on with work during early hours. enjoy his afternoon off playing sports/leasures. the night time begin crazy trips out in random places by himself. the weekend swim got rolling friends, hit up rave clubs and the dose trippled for him during these times. the 2nd and 3rd is pretty much the same except swim did 2x the dose 2nd week, 3x 3rd week and 4x 4th week. the euphoria was pretty much gone by the end of 2nd week. swim felt the buzz most of the time but it usually lasts less than an hour or so. mostly just the body high and became tweaking as swim up the dose. the only thing swim used to sleep are exercising, 1x 50mg/100mg of 5htp, weed ofcourse. swim had a crash pretty much every end of week during these times. the crash varies from person/lifestyle but for him it lasts less than a week. swim was getting cleaned (acetone) mdma crystals and withdrawls are pretty harsh once swim got ways to combat it (exercise and will.)

MDMA provokes an effect in two phases:
An important liberation of serotonin, by stimulating a serotonin/MDMA exchange at the level of the serotonin nerve endings, followed by an exhaustion of the serotonin stocks at the end of few hours. The cerebral serotonin decrease also comes along with a reduction of activity of the tryptophane hydroxylase, the enzyme responsible for the serotonin synthesis, a reduction which can be much more prolonged than the rate of serotonin.
MDMA also increases the liberation of dopamine in the brain according to the same mechanism as that described for the liberation of serotonin, even if the affinity of MDMA for the sites of recapture of dopamine is less raised than for the sites of recapture of the serotonin. The second mechanism also acts in the sense of a bigger liberation of dopamine and the fact that the serotonin released in the synaptic space by MDMA excites dopamine neurones connected to serotonin fibers.
MDMA also acts on the endocrine functions of the hypothalamus through the control of serotonin receivers, by leading an increase of the cortisol secretion, of prolactine and, maybe, melatonin.
Thus, it's essential to space the rolls as much as possible.
