I'm having an issue with a certain brand of hydros and CWE's. Right, so I have a large bottle of both 7.5/325 and 5/325. The 7.5's are Mallikrondt brand and the 5's have a V on them. The 7.5's are white pills, and the 5's are white pills with red/orange dots in them. Whenever I do a cold water extraction on the 7.5's, it takes less then 20 minutes to filter and the extraction turns out well (Barely cloudy). However, when I try doing an extraction with the 5's, the stuff literally sits there for 2 hours before it even filters half of it (The extraction turns out alright, but it takes way to long). I was wondering if the red dots were added filler to deter abuse. I'm also wondering if anyone has a difficult time doing a CWE on these particular pills. Thanks.

The pills with the red dots have a V on one side and 3604 on the other side.
