Tramadol is legal in Thailand and Cambodia so is it cool to take on flight? (actually Vietnam and Philippines too) If you think not, is it cool to put a few in a herbal pills bottle or are sniffer dogs going to pick it up? Do herbal capsules need to be a certain color? Obviously if this was Europe this wouldn't be an issue with it being legal in both countries. But both countries have some tough laws and horrific prisons, so I don't want to take a risk I was supposed to taper down, but have left it a bit late so could just do with 10 or so pills in case I can't find pharmacies straight away. Might even shove it up my ass in a condom if someone is sure sniffer dogs will not pick up Tramadol. Thanks for any advice in advance, will be traveling so may not have time to say thanks later.
We do not aid in smuggling. As you said, both places have hellish prisons, don't risk it if you are not clear Or call the authorities and ask them.
Bring a prescription if you have one. If not then try to get a legit one. If you put something completely legal like flour into a condom and into your ass an it was discovered they would probably lock you away until it was tested which could take as long as they want it to. If you do the same with pills that are not 100% legal then things can get worse. Ask ahead or/and get a prescription for some.
Okydoky. Looks like I will have a rather enjoyable flight, then a mad rush after landing :laugh: Actually it sounds like Cambodia has some nice alternatives, the first motorbike taxi driver I get on will probably hook me up with China White within 15 minutes :laugh: (I doubt I will do that in case it is a scam). I doubt any self respecting Dr will give me a prescription "because I like doing it".
I get the brain zaps which I think I can live with. But my mind is crumbling with less Tramadol. I am going to hold it in my hand and hand it to every security guard I see and ask if it is cool. Then take last before land. Will be easy to find once land.
You are going to carry drugs and ask security guards if it is ok? You know that they could just arrest you for drug possession if they want?

Just phone them and ask. There is no point in taking any risks. Make a call and ensure there is no problems.

I am calling another office which specializes in it in the morning just to be sure; I asked the woman over and over but still want a second opinion. Will update the legality at some point (I am taking 2 internal flights so its many hours after going through security at first airport). I'll just take pills before land in next country. Just in case anyone wonders for the future, I had no issues. It is available in the countries mentioned over the counter. Only problem was Saigon where it wasn't in most places, only in one I tried mixed with paracetamol, so I quickly had to learn cold water extraction. No probs elsewhere in Vietnam, Cambodia or Philippines in the few places I went to in past month or so. Anyway no one was searching bags in the airports that I saw, I would not recommend smuggling it across the borders, but my guess is one or two strips will be probably be cool as it seems to be legal over the counter. I quit today so hopefully never have this issue again. It is really not worth getting hooked on. I may revisit it in future just in small doses occasionally. Doing 1,000mg once or twice and 800 mg most days was never any better than the 250mg I did initially. After a few months it just made me jittery and jaw clenched.
