1. Dear Drugs-Forum readers: We are a small non-profit that runs one of the most read drug information & addiction help websites in the world. We serve over 4 million readers per month, and have costs like all popular websites: servers, hosting, licenses and software. To protect our independence we do not run ads. We take no government funds. We run on donations which average $25. If everyone reading this would donate $5 then this fund raiser would be done in an hour. If Drugs-Forum is useful to you, take one minute to keep it online another year by donating whatever you can today. Donations are currently not sufficient to pay our bills and keep the site up. Your help is most welcome. Thank you.

In regards to urine testing, is there a way to get valium out of your
system faster or a product that masks it? (other than exercise, etc)

does drinking lots of water get it out quicker?

    from U.K.
    http://www.druginfonet.com/index.php?pageID=faq/new/DRUG_FAQ /Valium.htm

At almost the bottom of the page there is an answer to a guy who took valium and he tested postitive for them after a few months of being inactive. I guess that it stays in your fat tissues and then you are stuck with it. If it does go into your fat tissues the only way to get rid of the drug in your body is to flush it out, excerise maybe but i've never had to worry about benzos on a screen.

Note someone a few topics down from yours has almost the same heading and he drank a shit load of water and everything was good. just know that by drinking a shit load of water your going to make your piss almost clear, and your ph and creatine levels will be down or different from what is normal. You can get around this by drinking cranberry juice because that will keep your PH and your Creatine levels around normal.
