    Yes, I know that's a dumb question!

And don't say "over the internet". I live with my mom, and she would find out.

    Thanks!

i actually ordered some offline to my house. it came in an unmarked box so its possible to get them without your mother finding out. otherwise, try different pharmacies around your way. some of them can be bought no hassle, and other times you may need to make up a story. and as a last resort, ask the people that you get your junk from. i did and they showed me a place to get them, illegally, but still i got them.

I don't know how old you are, but I believe in useing clean works. So go to the pharmacy"you may need to try several" and ask for 1cc or half cc insulin. They will ask " what kind of insulin do you use"? You reply 70-30 Regular. Done deal. And don't share riggs with anyone. And while your at it stop shooting dope. Read some of the horror stories on this very forum, one of them being my own................................................................................

No, I didn’t get my problem solved. Here’s why:

My Mom found my stash of drugs! She said that if I stay clean and sober, she’d let me move out when I’m 18 (I’m 17 now). But if she catches me using one more time, she’ll have me locked up indefinetly in a mental institution.

    “Catches me using” includes:

    - She finds drugs in my room.
    - She finds drug paraphernalia in my room, needles included.
    - She finds money in my room. Obviously, I can’t pay for drugs if I’m broke!
    - I don’t pass one of my urine tests.
    - I go outside for a walk (strict, huh?). This is because I used to ride my bike to the pharmacy to buy cough syrup. She took the bike apart and left the pieces at work.
    - I write about drugs in my diary. Upon finding my stash of drugs, she read my diary (isn’t she nosy?). I had kept track of what I had taken each day.
    - I could go on……

So I quit. As much as I love drugs, I don’t think it’s worth the risk. BTW, I’m in rehab right now (my Mom sent me).

    One more year…<img border="0" src= "smileys/smiley2.gif">

check your local laws i live in md. you dont need a scrip to buy needles find out what you need and write your order down (on a piece of paper ) ( like your grandmother told you over the phone) and give it to the pharmacist this keeps you having to directly awnser them just look presentable smile dont go in there all smacked out for example i write down(30 B-D)

    (.5 cc )

    ( ultra fine )

    (29 guage )

    (1/2 " needle )

this will get you 30 needles these are the brand that is easiest to use manipulate and works well if they give you any shit just shrug your shoulders and say this is what your grand mother asked you to pick up for her because her pharmacy is out of stock and she lives in another state( its none of their business and its not their legal right to ask ) just be confident

Why dont the USA have a needle exchange programme?

I spend a lot of time giving our free needles and syringes, advising on how to inject, minimisation of harm and encouraging returns of dirty needles in sharps boxes. Check out exchange supplies on google UK site. I order everything from them

Ok first of all, syringes can be bought at a Pharmacy anywhere in the US legally. This is because Insulin, a drug used by diabetics to control blood sugar, is a right to life drug. This means pharmacies cannont refuse to sell insulin or insulin supplies (i.e syringes) to ANYONE because diabetics will die if they do not get their insulin.

Second of all, if you're making fun of drug addicts online, you seriously need to reconsider your life.

where swim live there is this store called homecare medical it has shelves and shelves of medical supplies including needles and syringe and a staff that is very friendly and doesnt make you feel uncomfortable you can go in grab whatever you want off the shelves, It is very handy for keeping your habit as safe as possible. I think everywhere should have one people need to realize that people are going to do drugs whether they like it. It should not be hard to do your drugs safely, just because one is addicted to drugs does not make them a bad person esspecially when it comes to opiates/opiodes, which is used in many cases to make ones life better when they are a chronic pain suffurer such in swims case who is only is able to do many activities that he loves do to because of the drugs

I would like to add that saturday night he tried to buy needles for wal-greens, and they denied him. he came up with an elaborate tale regarding his diabetic sister, but they still wouldn't give them to him. in wisconsin needles are available without a prescription, but it depends on which pharmacist is working. his needle exchange is only open until 9 am to 5 pm monday through friday. the needles were for a friend (swim quit iv-ing a month ago) who is new to shooting up. since I couldn't get clean rigs, his friend used a rig that has been used around 7 times (by the same user) , though swim practically begged him not to because he knows about safe injecting practices. this makes me so angry because it could have been avoided if a LOGICAL pharmacist were working. after swim left wal-greens he called back and said "i was just trying to buy needles from you, and just to let you know whatever the pharmacist is doing, or thinks shes doing, is not helping people, and they were not for a diabetic, and now i have to use a used needle borrowed from a friend" and then he hung up.

I want to start a federal petition to encourage harm reduction, should he just e mail his congressman, perhaps a letter to the editor of his local paper. any pharmacist should know that if a dope addict, be it heroin, oxycontin, morphine, ect, will do anything to get high. it brings me to tears typing this, and hopefully this woman sees her wrongs. its against the law to not sell condoms, imo selling needles is FAR more urgent and important than someone getting laid. i weep for for those who have hiv or hep c because of this woman, though I live in a small town, he bets she has caused at least some iv related complications due to her stance on iv drug use. absolutely revolting imo.

I am very disturbed by the thought of anyone using a dirty needle because of a pharmacy denies to sell the. Swim Does not know about the forum rules one this subject but like I was saying earlier there is a store just down the road that sell syringes and needles. I also have a paypal account, and has an Idea for anyone who is unable to or has trouble buying rigs in swiys place of residence. If any You has a paypal acount or is willing to get one I may be able extend the service of bieng able to get clean needles. Send Swim a PM of any You would like to discuss this further. I would also like to apologize if this is against forum rules but like I said it sickens him to hear of swiys bieng denied the stuff to be as safe as possible.

It is nice to see a proactive parent. A bit misguided? Not if you are young enough to still live with mom and dad. They love you and are trying to protect you. If they didn't they wouldn't care if you had needles in your room. I'd never try to tell someone what to do, just be safe and be sure you understand all possible outcomes of your decisions.
