    haha
NO! Lyrica will not even come up in a drug test.
It is not an opiate or anything else that would come up in a 10 panel drug test let alone the more usual 5 panel test. No need to worry there

Lyrica (pregabalin) is a more effective and enhanced version of gabapentin essentially. They both work with GABA receptors as a anti-epilepsy/nerve pain reliever and have ZERO affinity for opiate receptors.

Not a drug that employers would test for, at least currently. So I wouldn't worry about it.

    Short answer: NO.

Lyrica can be tested for, like any other substance. Things don't just "show up" on drug tests. It's metabolites are not similar to any other controlled substances, so even on a preliminary immunoassay there's about 0.0% chance of it 'showing up', unless Pregabalin/it's metabolites are being specifically tested for.

    Don't even worry about it.

No, in a standard urine test, lyrica (pregabalin) will not be detected.

But, there are routine tests for pregabalin utilizing liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry. It is monitored routinely in a pain-management setting. As always, it is very lab-dependent on the routine scope of analysis.
