My clinic doesnt do split dosing but my doctor suspects im metabolizing my dose fast. Im at 135 mg with a 16 year heroin addiction and a pretty big tolerance. So 135 isn't an outrageously high dose. When I did my trough test to check my blood levels it said 79. Which my doctor said must wrong. They wanted me to get another one but their nurse they hired recently cant get my blood cause my veins are so bad. Anyways so my doctors agreed that she will raise me again so probably to about 145 maybe 150, with out the blood test cause ive tried twice now to and its becoming a triggering and ive developed this irrational fear and anxiety when I know I need blood drawn. I break out in a sweat and any poking they do with their finger makes me want to pass out. I never used to be like that. And ive had clean UAs im not all nodded out from my methadone I never get like that from it. So I guess I just feel justified i shouldnt have to keep trying to get my blood if their own employee cant even do it. Anyways. Im rambling about it. My main question was how do I split dose myself with my take homes? Do I measure half and half. Or a little less then a little more or other way around.
