Hey! Thanks for accepting me here. Im from Puerto Rico so my english is not the best. Long story short I became addicted to tramadol by accident. Had surgery 3 years ago and doc prescribed tramadol to deal with the pain and thats when everything started.. I remember my first dose.. I have never felt so good in my life.. Never.. the enery boost, the mild opiate feeling.. I just fell in love from the start. I try percocet and oxys in the past but luckily never got hooked. I smoke weed daily for 10+ years and not even the weed is helping me now. I only smoke when im high on trams now.. if I smoke and im not high on trams I get paranoid. Im taking 150-250 mg of tramadol everyday for almost 3 years. I want to do this at home but is so hard cause I work full time and nobody knows about it. Im not taking any other medication but have acces to toradol, lexapro, clonazepam. What should I take at least to be able to sleep at night? Should I go cold turkey or taper it? Thanks
