Snorting Insufflation of 2C-E??

    a friend of a friend of mine recently acquired a mere 5 mg of 2c-e (she would've gotten more if she could've; trust me). Although she has never used 2c-e she is well experienced with 2c-b and 2c-i. This friend of mine was wondering if, since this is her first time and it is such a small amount, she should snort the powder? she's heard ingesting only 5 mg will do close to nothing and it could be a while before more comes along.

    If SWIM wanted to make the most of a small dose of a 2C, he would plug it instead of snorting it... It hurts less.

    Yes, plugging would be much better overall. As long as its inserted far enough up (or even better dissolved and inserted with a pipette) the effects will be comparable to insufflation, minus the pain and with a longer duration and less nausea. If the capsule/rizla is not put far enough up then you can feel like you 'need to go' for hours, which can be very uncomfortable. Lube/vaseline/saliva helps this.

    If You were to try to snort 2c-e though I would say that you should be very careful with dosages (likewise with rectal administration) as the effects can hit quite fast and hard. 2c-e is not the worst 2c-x to snort, but is still not very nice at all. From my experience you get an instant amazingly painful zap in your nose as soon as you snort it (can cause gagging, coughing) and this pain gradually subsides over about 1-5 minutes. Luckily since the dosage is so low for 2c-e, the drip should be negligable and should not cause a sore throat. Severe pain and sore throats seem only apparent with 2c-x's like 2c-d where you have to snort 30-60mg. My advice would be to snort it softly and slowly (and even wet your nose before hand by snorting a [really] minute amount of water), to ensure that the powder stays in your nose and is absorbed fully by the musous membrane, rather than ending up burning the back of your throat.

    Dosage wise, 10mg snorted can produce about the same level as a 20mg oral experience in my experience, but with about half the duration.

    I have insuffilated 15mg of 2c-e and the effects achieved were medium-intensity visuals, extreme body-jitters, a pretty harsh neausea and effects that lasted 4-4.5 hours.

    This stuff burns like snorting broken glass, I.E the effects achieved from snorting were no better than orally and left swim wishing he'd held it in his mouth for days instead of playing tony montana.

    My cat told me this last night in my dreams:

    "Personally I snorted about 5mg 2c-e and it burned pretty badly but it subsided about 30 minutes into it. Definitely worth trying at least once if interested, but from what I hear plugging would be better and would last longer, also more effects you'd want (ie. oral). I enjoyed the effects from insufflation but I wouldn't do it again, mostly because I don't need to.

    My recommendation would be just plug it unless you're really interested in trying the insufflation just to do it once..."

    alright SWIM decided he's against snorting it, and very very apprehensive about plugging (SWIM's butt is exit only) and he was wondering if letting the powder absorb sublingually (in SWIM's mouth) will provide as much intensity of plugging?

    I have done about 30-35mg insufflated. It is quite the trip, intense burning which does go away after about 10mins. I haven't done rectal administration yet, but oral is favorite so far.

    Anything less than that would be a waste IMHO.

    WHAT?!?!?

    my Cat told him in my dreams:
    "I've NEVER done more than 20mg at once, ORALLY... 10mg is usually enough for me to have a pretty intense time, visually and body wise. You're fucking nuts if you think that 30mg insufflated to be a minimum dose.

    If you're saying that YOU wouldn't do less, I would not post things like that to people who are looking for the average dose to start with for their first times, that's kinda reckless."

    I never said 30mg as a minimum dose. It is not.

    This just goes to show you that these are research chemicals and everyone is different.

    Everyone reacts differently and this is just what SWIM told me.

    Well, I was referring to SWINyou saying it "would be a waste" if SWINyou took any less? I would take that as a "minimum" dose in your opinion, and especially any noobs would.

    Anyhow, thank you for clearing that up.

    Sorry to revive this thread but I think it would be better than making a new one, considering trying this tonight with a very small dose (3-5 mg) and was wondering what duration to expect, I suppose I shall find out if no one reply's within a bit

    Same as most chems, oral is longest lasting (8-12h for 10mg 2c-e) followed by other methods such as insufflation (6-10h for ~5mg 2c-e).

    Depends on body weight and metabolism but anywhere from 6-10 hours is usual with that kind of dose.
