1.Cannabis+Oxycodone+Tramadol+DXM+Cig or two.
2. Dxm+Some sort of stimulant.
3.Adderall+ cannabis
4. Tiny bit of shrooms and coke.

As a follow up to a much earlier post, my friend wants to update his choice slightly. As stated previously, my friends favorite combo was smoking Smack+Crack.

As alluded to in the earlier post, my friend had at the time, elected NOT to mainline said favorite combination.

SWIM's friend has since thrown caution, and frankly - intelligent decision making out the door, for the simple pursuit of great pleasure.

SWIM's friend simply wishes to report that his assumptions (and maybe fears ) were indeed correct, slightly altering his choice for most euphoric combination FROM Heroin (Chased on foil) + Cocaine/Baking Soda + Pipe/lightbulk TOO Heroin + Cocaine + small amount of distilled water + Spoon/Lighter/Rig....

Slightly different recipe, slightly different equipment, new route = MASSIVE increase in pleasure, as well as in danger, cost, and those beautiful bruises and scars.


Worth it? Eh, maybe, regardless, SWIM's friend will certainly have another please :thumbsup:

Swim likes MDMA with Cannabis, or Meth with Oxycontin. I have also always wanted to try MDMA with LSD.

Never combine MDMA/MDA with opiates. Both these are metabolised by Cyp450, and combining them can cause opioid overdose! There have been several deaths associated with this combination!

CYP 450 is a reference to a whole family of metabolic enzymes. Do you mean a specific isozyme? Can you provide some references for that claim, it does not make sense the way you are stating it. Nearly all drugs are metabolized by the CYP 450 system, essentially that is what Phase I metabolism is.

Yes, proceedings of the BPS 14-16 April 1993.

"Ecstasy is demethylated by human cytochrome P4502D6 (CYP2D6)" Tucker et. al.

Approx 8% of the caucasian population have a disfunctionality in this metabolic pathway, therefore concurrent consumption of MDMA/MDA and opioids can lead to opioid toxicity.

A high profile death of a Police officer's daughter was attributed to this in Nottinghamshire, England in the mid 90's. She had consumed X at a club followed by dextropropoxyhene at a party later, and was found later to have died of respiratory depression due to opioid overdose.

Of course that is only 8% of the (caucasian) population, but concurrent use of drugs which are metabolised by CYP2D6 will deplete the enzyme in normal individuals with possible toxic effects.

The above defect in CYP2D6 has also been proposed as the cause of single dose ectasy deaths.

SWIM can't really say the top of the toppest combo, there are many excellent ones, but staying awake for couple days with amphetamine or some similar stimulant, waiting until you're seriously coming down and possibly starting to feel like s*it, and then smoking the first fat bunch of cannabis in a while... It causes SWIM to go totally nuts (in a good way), it sometimes triggers hallucinations which are very enjoyable and totally opposite to the paranoid ones SWIM sometimes gets from a simple multi-day speed session. SWIM loves <3

IV Zolpidem+cannabis also gives extremely nice feeling but its problem is the short duration and that it doesn't work any time for some reason, it's kind of like the dosage of zolpidem wouldn't matter at all, like it's all lottery

"Finnish speedball" aka. iv buprenorphine + iv amphetamine is extremely enjoyable as well (I am an opioid naive person).

That's interesting, thanks for that. I have combined opiates (mainly opium tea or dihydrocodeine) with ecstasy or similar drugs plenty of times without feeling ill, so I guess he must be in the 'lucky' 92% of the population. Does that mean someone in the 'unlucky' 8% would be likely to die from a such a combination, with normal doses of both drugs? I can't help feeling this combination would be more well-known as dangerous if this were the case, but then again maybe not...

I would guess many factors are involved in how ill a swimmer with the defective CYP450 2D6, would become with opioids and MDMA, i.e. metabolism, dose of drugs taken, plasma concentration of ingested drugs general health etc. It's really difficult to say, we all have slightly different body chemistries, receptor densities etc. which simply put is why one swimmer can fill themselves full of drugs with no apparent ill effects whereas others can become unwell.

SWIM's tolerance to just about everything euphoric is high enough at this point, any combo has to start with Adderall or Ritalin to keep him awake through it...

He remembers the most euphoric feeling he ever had was at a 3-day music festival. He didn't have that high of tolerance yet and was taking 3mg Xanax every 3-4 hours, chasing it with a beer and giant energy drink. The best way he says he can describe it is that it was almost like being on E. Then again, it was 100+ degrees outside in a giant grassy field and his favorite bands were coming at him from all sides.

These days he rarely gets into it, but a 3:1 amphetamine/hydro combo (something like 90mg/30mg) mixed with a bar or two of xanax if he's awake enough is his favorite.

Today SWIM chased few amphetamine pills (Yaba) and drank a large can of beer (12% alcohol) and in between the chases and drinking, she smoked a few cigarettes, cigarettes always heightens the high of every drug or alcohol in SWIM’s opinion. I did Yaba yesterday too, and when she was in the after buzz of withdrawals, specially the back pain and somewhat depression and gloominess, so she took three Valium (Diazepam) 10 mg, and felt so happy and giddy after that, then she did the above.

What made SWIM’s experience euphoric was that she was with friends and went to the beach (the Naval Beach in her city, which is very beautiful as it’s not like the normal beach but a beach side long roads with trees in rows, a place where people come to chill or for long drives or for races or other illegal stuffs!) for a long drive with loud music and parked the car near the beach and chased Yaba there in the car then drank the beer and then again for a long drive and then came back home. It was an awesome evening as its been raining heavily, lighting everywhere making the scene more and more irresistible, and the breeze, that is something, heightens the high so much more.

im suprised not many people have mentioned the ecstacy and ketamine combination. Jon was a mildly experienced pill user at the time and was just introducing himself to ketamine, treid the two in combination and was overwhelmed with an awesome array of CEV's and OEV's (morphing and the like) as well as some significant dissociation, and allot of euphoria (had taken 7 pills at the time, two trip boshes and one on top, they werent the best pills but did the job quite nicely)
He said it was like being in a ball of pure content and happiness with some impressive visuals to top it off.

Also a ketamine and regular amphetamine (street grade :[ ) has synergised nicely in the past by all accounts.

Back in the good days before I was a member of the "dark side" of the drug world..
he has a very very euphoric experience by combining:
3 hits of DMT, 2 blotters of acid and 3g of mushrooms at once and topped with a good amount weed.

swims best combination for dangerous happiness nowadays is Heroin (IV), Xanax, Clonazepam, Soma, Alcohol and weed..

40mg Amphetamine XR on the comedown after 8 hrs.
30mg Hydrocodone CWE
0.3g cannabis
3mg Melatonin

Now he doesn't know if the melatonin did anything but this high was greater than anything he had ever experienced, almost floating for 4 hrs with some good music, he thinks that since the amp was XR it was still being released and since he had had a good meal after smoking the cannabis with some vitamins, there was no stomach cramps, just pure bliss, he wishes he still had some of the hydro left now that finals are over...

Swim's most euphoric combination has been ecstasy and cocaine. Only due to the lack of combining things with acid. Once swim combined a line of 2c-i cocaine and ecstasy into one. It would have been euphoric if swim were to have stopped there. However I went on to do just over an 8-ball and several more pills and became really fucked off.

A very odd one for a most euphoric combo but it is indeed very euphoric.

Hawiian baby woodrose seeds+Elemi oil+german chamomile tea+low dose MDMA.

this is perhaps the most euphoric state there is at least for afoaf, here is how it works. Hawaiian Baby Woodrose is known to be greatly potentiated by elemi oil high in elemicin, the elemicin is activated by the German chamomile, and the small dose of MDMA adds to the empathogenic effects of the woodrose seeds.

the result is a feeling as though ones third eye is being forceably ripped open, OEVS and CEVs are quite noticable, but the most interesting thing is a feeling as though one is having a full body orgasm, afoaf just lets out a grunt, closes his eyes and gives in to the ever increasing waves of pure bliss.
